We note from the Registers of Scotland 2012 Act Registration Manual, Udal Tenure at:

'Types of titles in Orkney & Shetland':
"The presumption is that the title is udal unless it can be proved to derive from a Crown
grant.'
Please provide information showing proof that the title of Cadastral Unit OAZ2133 derives
originally from a Crown grant.
If you do not hold this information, please expect a further request regarding proof of a superior
claim to our allodial claim of 12 July 2024. Our requests are sequential, dependent on each other
and are not to be regarded as asking for the same or similar information in terms of the 2002 Act,
nor are they asking for a legal opinion.
