On 4 February we wrote:

In view of the fact that you do not hold information proving that Shetland is part of Scotland; and
that you do not hold information showing how you have authority to operate in Shetland;
Do you hold information showing how you have any business concerning the running of elections in Shetland now, or in the past?

the authority to operate in Shetland in the absence of proof that Shetland

Thank you for your emails to the Electoral Commission.
We do not hold the information you have requested. and:
Any further questions from you asking for this same information will be
considered under Section 14 of the FOI act. Under section 14(2) of the
Act, we do not do not have to comply with a request which is identical, or
substantially similar to a previous request submitted by the same
individual.
